About Northgate
Jim Calder started Northgate with one truck and a borrowed ladder in 1991. His son Mike runs the crews now, from the same shop in Manheim.
We are a small company on purpose. Two crews, one office, and an owner who walks every roof before the final payment.
Most of our work comes from a neighbor's recommendation, which is why every roof we install is logged in the Roof Registry with its warranty number, date and town. If we've done your street, you can see it.
